When the command Tmode2 is issued, the contents of the 617 packets contains some zero-filled contents.  Tmode 2 is a non-flight command and mode which is used for testing purposes to view raw events.

Comments:    The problem was caused by miscalculating the number of zeros to fill in between the last event in the packet and the number of events.   Also, the buffer for the spare events is being cleared after the first of the 617 packets.
