Description of action(s)/problems(s): 

 
 The crosstalk problem has been extended to include  the H2-H6 detectors.  This problem causes stopping events to be considered penetrating events in the processing algorithms.   The event type determination algorithm  needs to be changed to detect and fix this condition.

Comments:  Additional routines were developed/replaces in proc.p24 to accommodate the cleanup of the H2-H6 crosstalk in the detectors. Additionally, logic was added to Queue_Event (phproc.p24) to do a quick check for crosstalk in the H6 detector before queueing the event by type (stopping or penetrating).
