Crosstalk is occuring between the H1 inner and H1 outer dectectors which is causing events to be considered as invalid  and not processed in the original algorithm.    The algortihm needs to be changed to determine this crosstalk condition and to discard either the H1 inner or H1 outer in order to be able to determine the type of event and to continue with processing.
