Description of action(s)/problems(s):

An error was discovered in the SIT Description document and implemented in the software algortihm, the description is as follows: 
 
    Gain bit 0 = high gain ramp is active
    Gain bit 1 = low gain ramp is active
 
while the event data out as specified in George Winkert's SITCPU MISC Software Map - which describes how he built the Actel - specifies g@4 bit 22 as:
    
    Gain/Ramp    1 = High gain
                         0 = low

  Recommend the bit be reversed in the software before processing event and the document be updated to reflect the change.
