Comments:   A stimulus event that contains a particle from  the H1 inner and H1 outer detectors is now considered a stimulus event that is identified, queued and sampled.   The  stimulus event that is classified as h1 only, stopping or a penetrating event is now counted in the stimuls event counter, but will be processed by the same routine as a regular event.
